Doesn't it just do your heart good? What a joy to see our pool of happy pictures grow and grow in the Share Your Happy Flickr Group! I'm starting to think that this weekly Happiness Check-in is actually a Happiness Generator!

The Magical Trail of The Happy Book:

Here's where we are on The Happy Adventure. I haven't received any updates yet, so looks like we're still status quo.

  • Bliss: Meg in Australia - The Happy Book has arrived at Meg's!
  • Giggle: Amber in Montana - The Happy Book has arrived at Amber's.
  • Mirth: Kathryn in the New Hampshire - The Happy Book has arrived at Kathryn's!
  • Glee: Suzy in California - The Happy Book is at Suzy G's in California!

  • When you receive the book and you see there's some removable goodies in there...
    • If the person before you added edible treats, eat them.
    • If you're sending something you specifically want the next adventurer to have, label it.
    • And if there are extra items like bookmarks or ATCs in the book, you can pick one to keep for yourself in exchange for you adding a little goodie (or two) to the package yourself. That way the beautiful flow keeps going. You get to keep a little treat. And you get to give a little treat.
    Let's keep sharing our happy:
    • Everyone's welcome to write a post about what made them happy this week and share it in the Mr. Linky below.
    • Come on by our Vimeo group to share a video of what makes you happy! It doesn't have to be perfect or edited or even have sound! Whatever makes you happy is just right. A moment of home video? Perfect. Your cat purring? Purrfect.
    • Or if photography's more your thing, catch a moment of happy and share it at our Flickr group called Share Your Happy. Come see what people are sharing! There's family and inspiration boards and rainbows and stars and pie!
    • And remember, you can absolutely get yourself your own copy to work through while waiting for the mail-around book to arrive!
What made you Happy this week?

    1. OMG! I think this will take years for the book to move along. I am happy that the folks in my collage box project are quicker! :)

    4. I love the collage of Flickr photos! That one of the deer makes me homesick but I love it still. It's great to see everyone participating Jamie! And the books just keep on moving, I love seeing their geographical adventures.

    8. Great to read everyone's "happies"! Yay! My big happy this week was making claymation projects with amazingly creative 7th and 8th graders, as well as helping adults move forward on their movie projects!

    10. Ran a 5K this weekend & ran the whole time - no stopping to walk. It was COLD! But the young man who put the run together did it for his Senior Project - to raise $ and awareness for a friend who has cancer. There are good kids out there!
