The Happy Book: July 30

I'm drawing on an old favourite to share a bit of happy this week. I think it's so funny that a band called "The Weepies" could bring so much joy in the world! When I saw them passing around the stars in this video, I thought "That's like us passing around The Happy Book!" Thanks so much for sticking with it and keeping this blissful momentum going!

The Happy Book: July 23

I love these Flash Mobs. Wouldn't it be awesome to dance in one? This one is right in my hometown and I didn't even know about it until this week! There's also been a popular Subway Dance Party here. Imagine doing that! And inspired by Beach Dance I'd love to do something near the water! Where would you like to do a happy dance?

And some joyful news this week: our happiness assistant Danette moved this week. Please send her some blissful vibes for her new home! Here's to your giggles, bliss, mirth and joy, my friend!

Part of this happiness project is really noticing and paying attention to what makes you happy. Knowing what makes you happy is a part of knowing your self.

The Happy Book: July 9

This song's being featured as a part of my happy too, so I hope you don't mind a double-dose of this blissful beauty of a tune! It feels like as we're getting more fully into this season everything is s-l-o-o-o-o-o-o-o-w-i-n-g down.
